Made from an antique Noto Jofu kimono.
Jofu means traditional highest quality linen fabric.
To highlight the ramie's lightness,
along with the deep luster and crisp texture unique to high-quality hand-woven Jofu,
it was delicately tailored with extensive hand-stitching.
The silk kimono fabric used for the thin neck strap and
in-seam pockets further enhances the exquisite feel of the Jofu.

Its versatile design allows for two-way wear,
featuring delicate waist gathers on one side
and a large back pleat on the other.
The storable neck strap offers even more styling options.

Designed for comfort in all seasons,
it allows for ample airflow, includes practical side pockets.

Meticulously crafted with French seams and careful hand-stitching
—avoiding fusible interlining or overlock stitching—this garment is built to last.
The fabric's natural drape, combined with the fine tailoring,
makes this dress a true work of art and craft that can be cherished and worn beautifully for years.

生地は能登上布のアンティーク着物を使用。
苧麻の軽やかさに加え上質な手織りの上布ならではの奥深いツヤとシャリ感を活かすために手縫いを多用し繊細に仕立てました。
首元のストラップとインシームポケットに使用した
正絹着物地が上布の風合いをより引き立てています。

前後2wayで着れるデザイン、
サイドにインシームポケット付き。
前側はウエストに繊細なギャザー切り替え、
後ろは背中心に一つ大きなタックを寄せ縦のラインに。
首元のストラップは収納可能なので
前後のデザインの違いに加えリボンの有り無し
でも全く異なる表情を楽しめます。
布と体の間に空気を含みオールシーズン快適に
着れるようにパターンを引きました。

劣化やほつれの原因となる接着芯や
ロックミシンは使用せずに折り伏せ縫い仕上げ。

生地の寄せや畳みが生み出す陰影や立体感、
細やかな縫製と仕立てにより
伝統的な美術工芸品を日常に長く美しく
